Professional: Get Paid Fast

We’ll handle invoicing and payments for you. Once you report your hours and get approval from your customer, you’ll get paid within three days. Simple, fast, and reliable.

Employers Professional

Fair Compensation

A minimum rate of $17 USD per hour must be paid to the professional for all hours worked, with billing rounded to the nearest 15-minute interval.

Mutual Protection

Both parties recognize a Hold-Harmless and Indemnification agreement is understood, ensuring that neither party has undue advantage or faces retaliation.

Voluntary Collaboration

You and the professional agree to work together of your own free will, providing ethical and legal services to the best of your abilities.

Compliance & Safety

Both parties must ensure that all necessary insurance, taxes, permits, licenses, and compliance measures are in place and that the work is conducted in a safe environment.

Match Making Only

Team PIC Services acts solely as a matchmaking service. We do not interfere with or have knowledge of the specific arrangements between parties, other than the agreed hourly rate.

No Legal Entanglements

A mutual waiver of subrogation is in effect, meaning if either party decides to end the relationship, neither party will seek compensation for losses caused by unintentional negligence.

Flexible Earnings

Team PIC charges your customer a processing fee to process your invoicing and payments between parties based on the hourly rate you agree on with the business. We give you freedom to set your own rates if they're above our minimum. We'll recommend rates that match your skills and experience to ensure you get the best opportunities.
